You are more than welcome to call with any questions or comments. It is important to Clear View Home Inspections that you are completely informed. Your call will be returned at our earliest convenience.
- Do I sign a contract?
Yes, please see the Sample Contract. It is always in your best interest to read a contract before you sign it. Therefore, our contract is emailed to you prior to the inspection. At your earliest convenience, the electronically signed contract is returned to us before the appointment. If you are definitely going to attend the inspection, you can sign it at that time, but it is best if you take the time to read it before you come to the inspection. You will receive your copy of the contract with the inspection report.
- Do you inspect for mold, termites and other pests, radon, asbestos, lead and other toxic materials?
Clear View Home Inspections chooses to leave that business to the experts in those respective fields. Putting our clients first is always our primary purpose.
By identifying issues that you should be aware of with phrases like, “a mold-like substance” or “there is a presence of pests that should be examined”, the suggestion that an expert in that field is consulted is the limit of what is reported. We do not test for radon, lead, or asbestos for the same reasons. If there is potential any of those conditions are present it is our best advice to have an expert to evaluate the test results.
